Consultations and Evaluations
Call us today for a consultation to discuss your situation and review what assistance you may need. We may suggest an evaluation to review home, health and finances. From here, we will provide our service recommendations.
Medicaid Applications and Advocacy
This service includes preparation and submission of applications for community (home care) or chronic (nursing home) Medicaid including backup documentation. We will communicate directly with Social Services to obtain application approval. Included in this service is advocacy at the Medicaid and Managed Long Term Care assessments.
Pooled Income Trusts
We prepare and submit Pooled Income Trust documents which are needed if the Medicaid applicant has an income overage or spenddown.
SNAP and HEAP Applications
SNAP applications are submitted to obtain the food stamp benefit. HEAP Applications are submitted to obtain a one-time monetary benefit paid directly to the heating agency to offset the bill.
Health Care Proxies and Living Wills
We prepare thorough Health Care Proxies and Living Wills if needed and requested.
Miscellaneous Services
We provide referrals for pre-need funeral planning, attorney and accounting services, home health agencies and coordinate PRIs and senior housing placement in both assisted living facilities and nursing facilities.

Marti has an extensive legal background of over 25 years as a paralegal assisting clients with compassion, professionalism and dedication to seniors in need. She has a Paralegal Certificate through Mercy College, a Certificate in Geriatric Care Management through Stony Brook University and a Certificate in Gerontology through SUNY Farmingdale.
